These Terms of Use govern your use of toomyungglobal.com (the "Site"), operated by Toomyung Inc, a Delaware corporation ("Toomyung", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Our products have separate terms
The Site provides information about Toomyung and its products. Use of our products, including Collaboom (collaboom.io), is governed by the terms and policies presented on those products, not by these Terms of Use.
Information on the Site
Content on the Site, including Insights articles, is provided for general information only. It is not legal, tax or financial advice, and you should consult a qualified professional before acting on it.
Campaign figures shown on the Work page come from Collaboom records as of the date stated on that page. They describe past campaigns and are not a promise of future results.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, design and the Toomyung name and logo, are owned by Toomyung or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Product names, brand names, logos and creator images shown on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used to describe work carried out on our products.
You may view and share pages of the Site for personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify or republish Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Break any applicable law or regulation.
- Interfere with the Site's operation or security, or try to gain unauthorized access to it.
- Use automated means to scrape or collect content in a way that places an unreasonable load on the Site.
- Send us content that is unlawful, misleading or infringes the rights of others.

We will review the request and remove or change the content where appropriate.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error free or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toomyung will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to cover any claims, losses or costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these terms.
Access to the Site
We may change, suspend or stop any part of the Site at any time, and we may limit or block access for anyone who breaks these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms are the entire agreement between you and Toomyung about the Site, and you may not transfer your rights under them. We may assign these terms in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
