Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Toomyung Inc ("Toomyung", "we", "us"), a Delaware corporation, handles personal information when you visit toomyungglobal.com (the "Site") or contact us.
This policy covers this Site only. Our products, including Collaboom (collaboom.io), have their own privacy policies, which apply when you use those products.

Information we collect
- Information you send us. When you email us or use the contact form, we receive what you choose to include, such as your name, company, work email, website and message. The contact form does not submit data to our servers; it opens your own email app with the message filled in, and we receive it as a normal email.
- Technical information. Like most websites, the servers that host the Site may automatically log basic request data, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request.
- Fonts. The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests these fonts, Google receives your IP address and browser information. Google's handling of that data is described in Google's own privacy policy.
The Site does not use advertising cookies, analytics tools or tracking pixels, and it does not ask you to create an account.
People shown on the Site
The Work and Business pages show brand names, logos and still frames from videos that creators posted for campaigns on Collaboom. We do not show creators' names or social media handles on the Site. If you appear in an image on the Site and would like it removed, email hello@toomyungglobal.com and we will take it down.
How we use information
- To reply to your messages and discuss our products or a possible business relationship.
- To keep the Site running, secure and free of abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How we share information
We share personal information only when needed:
- With service providers that help us operate, such as our email and website hosting providers, who may process it only on our behalf.
- With our affiliated companies, where needed to respond to your request.
- When required by law, or to protect our rights, users or the public.
- As part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to protect it in line with this policy.
How long we keep information
We keep emails and contact details for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain a business relationship, and longer only where the law requires it. Server logs kept by our hosting provider are deleted on that provider's normal schedule.
International transfers
We are a US company, and our team and service providers may process information in the United States, South Korea and other countries. When we transfer information, we take reasonable steps to protect it as described in this policy.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by writing to hello@toomyungglobal.com. Depending on where you live, including some US states, you may have additional rights under local law. We will not treat you differently for exercising them. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Do Not Track signals
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because the Site does not track visitors across other websites or over time, it does not change its behavior in response to these signals. The Site also does not allow third parties to track visitors for advertising.
Notice to California residents
In the past 12 months, the personal information we may have collected through the Site falls into these categories: identifiers and contact details you send us (such as name and email), professional information you choose to share (such as company and role), and internet activity data logged by our hosting provider (such as IP address and browser type). We collect it from you directly and from your browser, and we use it for the purposes described above. We keep this information for the periods described in "How long we keep information" above. We have not sold personal information or shared it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use information you have already given us, we will tell you before it applies to that information.
